Learning from Oceans and Estuaries

About 70 percent Earth's surface is covered by water, our marvelous and still unknown oceans. Oceans are essential to life on Earth.

Oceans:

Estuaries are special parts of oceans. They are the places, often in bays, where freshwater from rivers flows into the oceans' saltwater. The resulting habitats vary in saltiness and are the "nursery" areas for many marine species.
